Why month-to-month?
Because trust is earned, not contracted. We offer real discounts for 6-month and 12-month commitments, but no minimums required.
What's the ad spend included?
Each tier includes a fixed monthly ad budget we manage on your behalf. If you want to scale up beyond that, additional ad spend is billed at cost plus a 10% management fee.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes — to protect you. The contract defines scope, the approval workflow, and ensures you own all your accounts (Facebook, Google, domain, website) at all times. If we part ways, you keep everything.
What about results? Any guarantees?
We guarantee the work, not specific dollar outcomes — anyone who promises specific revenue is lying. What we will guarantee in writing: your Google Business Profile fully optimized and at least 20 new reviews collected within 60 days, or your second month is on us.
What if I want to cancel?
30-day notice on month-to-month. 6 and 12-month plans have an early-termination fee equal to one month. We also offer a 30-day pause option once per year for seasonal businesses.
Do you take a cut of my ad spend?
No hidden markups. Ad spend bundled with each tier is straight-through to Meta or Google. Anything beyond your tier's bundled amount is billed at cost plus a transparent 10% management fee.
